Grizzino's staff is highly professional, being both locally and internationally experienced.

In particular the owner Mario D'Aurizio is a professional sommelier (since he was very young) as well as master in olive oil tasting (he also produces olive oil in his native land, Molise) and fond expert as for distillates and cheese. 
He is contributor for some specialized press both in Italy and abroad.

The cooking team, composed by young and talented chef Gianluca Lenardon and Matteo Simonato, provides a touch of passion and professionalism in the Grizzino's gastronomic offer.
